Yvette specializes in supporting clients going through life transitions, big changes, relationship issues, and grief and loss. Her clients come from many different experiences and backgrounds. She offers online therapy for adults through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform, and nature-based (walk-and-talk) therapy.

Yvette is client-centered in her approach, and draws from psychodynamic, cognitive, creative, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based therapies to address the unique needs of each client. She has specialized training in grief and loss therapy, child and parent therapy, mind-body and somatic therapy, as well as integrating creative arts in therapy.

Yvette has expertise in supporting clients with experiences of trauma, clients in the perinatal stage of life, clients who are parents, clients who struggle with mind-body connection due to past or current experiences or medical/health issues, and supporting clients with high academic and career stressors (undergraduate and graduate students, as well as post-graduate professionals and professionals in training programs). Yvette’s goal is to support you in better navigating what you are experiencing, so that you can make the changes you want to make in life.

For clients who benefit from movement and being outdoors while processing, Yvette offers nature-based walk-and-talk therapy sessions in the Boston area.
